NI SP500X Oscilloscope Probe
The National Instruments SP500X (Part Number: 783629-01) is a Flexible, Passive Probe for Oscilloscopes. This Oscilloscope Probe comes with a unique connector combination that includes a fixed BNC connector that connects to the measurement instrument and terminates through a coaxial cable into an adapter. The adapter of the SP500X can be coupled with various types of measurement clips and plugs.
With this Oscilloscope Probe, you will be able to take measurements on devices ranging from small circuit boards to large naked conductors. The SP500X is offered with various types of accessories which can be coupled with the adapter provided on the signal side. This Oscilloscope Probe can divide the incoming voltage or current by 10:1. The SP500X Oscilloscope Probe is designed to measure signals within the frequency band of DC to 500 MHz at a rise time of 0.9 ns. The total length of this passive Oscilloscope Probe is 1.20 meter. The operating temperature range is 5 °C to 40 °C.
